We have our own maintenance division outside of our property management services.  We are now scheduling for handyman type services for residential customers! Pricing: 

 $129.99 per service call - includes up to the first 1 hour of general labor; includes 1 hour for HVAC (parts additional for all services)

   $79.99 per additional hour of labor - as needed

Garage door opener installation: $249.99

Garage door installation:  $349.99

All services must be scheduled in advance unless we have an open time slot available for same day / next day service.  No emergency / after hour service calls.
